With 16 years of sales and sales management experience in the high-tech industry, Mr. Artt joined HomeCity in May 2000.
Prior to joining HomeCity, Mr. Artt was a co-founder and Vice President of Sales and Business Development for 360it.com;
an Austin based Internet start-up focused on providing rich media products and services to the real estate industry.
Previously, Mr. Artt was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Live Picture, Inc. a developer of Internet imaging technology.
Mr. Artt also spent two years as the Senior Director of OEM and eCommerce sales at McAfee, a network management firm.
Mr. Artt holds an MBA from the University of Buffalo.
DELU A. DAVID – Director of Engineering
Mr. David joined HomeCity in April 2001.
Prior to joining HomeCity, Mr. David served as E-Commerce/GIS Consultant at Idea Integration.
While at IDEA he was responsible for the implementation and deployment of several database and transactional websites/web applications.
Prior to Idea Integration, he held project management and software development positions in the 5 years he spent at Earth Information Systems.
Mr. David holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
DAVID RUBIN – Chairman of the Board
Mr. Rubin co-founded HomeCity with Phillip Williams.
Before founding HomeCity, Mr. Rubin, serving as Vice President of New Services Development at Intraware, Inc.,
led the development of new eMarketplace communities and services for their more than 5000 enterprise customers.
Prior to it’s acquisition by Intraware, as founder and President & CEO of BITSource, Inc.,
Mr. Rubin pioneered the electronic delivery of software volume licensing over the Internet and was named one of the "50 smartest people in the computer reseller channel" by SmartReseller magazine.
Previously, Mr. Rubin served as the National Sales Director for a Houston-based reseller, Computize,
and transformed the company from a regional retailer to one of the nation's 50 largest corporate computer resellers.
While at Computize, Mr. Rubin designed and managed the development of an Internet-based electronic commerce server
that enabled Computize to secure its largest commercial accounts.
JARED SLOSBERG – Board Member
Mr. Slosberg joined HomeCity in December 2000 bringing 11 years of experience in structuring deals and helping run technology start-ups.
Prior to joining HomeCity, Mr. Slosberg served as Vice President of Business Development for FindLaw, the largest legal-related portal on the Web.
While at FindLaw, Mr. Slosberg was responsible for the company’s largest acquisition, responsible for approximately 30% of the company’s revenue,
and oversaw deals with the largest online media players, such as CNN, The New York Times, WashingtonPost.com, USA Today, and many others.
Prior to joining FindLaw, Mr. Slosberg was Vice President of Business Development for BITSource,
where he helped forge partnerships with the nation’s largest software publishers, distributors, and resellers.
Mr. Slosberg is a Founding Director of Round Zero, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young technology entrepreneurs.
Mr. Slosberg graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. from Brandeis University and holds a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley - Boalt Hall.
